Da Zheng (Jiangsu) Micro Nano Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of new perovskite thin film solar cell modules and related precision equipment. The company, formerly known as Lingwang (Shanghai) Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., was established in Shanghai in 2016 to promote the development of the flexible perovskite solar cell industry. In 2019, it officially signed a contract and settled in the Semiconductor Industry Park of Zhenjiang High tech Zone. As a pioneer in the flexible perovskite industry, Dazhong Micro Nano has always adhered to the corporate vision of continuous innovation and research and development, committed to providing society with more efficient and affordable clean energy. The founding team has obtained the first flexible perovskite invention patent in China, and has completed multiple invention patents and practical patents. At present, the company has authorized 21 patents and is applying for 13 patents.
Since 2017, the team has maintained and continuously broken the world record for flexible perovskite, and obtained CNAS certification in 2020. The efficiency has exceeded 21% and has become a highly efficient flexible battery, laying the foundation for the flexible perovskite world team. At present, the company has achieved an industrial chain layout of independently synthesizing core raw materials, independently developing nano precision coating equipment, and manufacturing flexible components.
The wholly-owned subsidiary, Dazheng (Xiamen) Micro Nano Technology Co., Ltd., was established in 2023 and is located in the Semiconductor Industry Park of Haicang District, Xiamen City. The production base covers an area of 25000 square meters, with over 1000 square meters of dust-free workshops and laboratories. We are currently constructing the world's first flexible (lightweight) 100 MW production line, which is in a rapid development stage. The plan is to fully implement the 100 MW production capacity within 2 years; We plan to expand our production capacity to over 1GW within 5 years and are committed to promoting the practical application of flexible (lightweight) perovskite solar cells.
