Flexible perovskite rejects "delicate"! DaZheng Micro-Nano's outdoor field test has been stably running for two years, delivering an excellent "report card"
Dazheng Micron's globally pioneering lightweight and flexible perovskite solar cell outdoor demonstration project, launched in July 2023, has attracted considerable attention. Now, after two years of stable operation, this demonstration project has injected a strong shot of confidence into the commercial application of perovskite solar cells.
After two years of rigorous outdoor testing, Dazheng Micron's lightweight and flexible perovskite solar cells have delivered impressive results: Power generation data shows that its cumulative power generation significantly surpasses flexible copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) cells and far exceeds crystalline silicon modules, which are limited to wall mounting due to weight restrictions. Crucially, the cell performance has shown remarkable stability over two years of exposure to the elements.
Note: Purple represents flexible perovskite solar cells, yellow represents flexible copper indium gallium selenide solar cells, and blue represents rigid crystalline silicon solar cells.
Looking ahead, Dazheng Micron will continue to monitor power generation from the outdoor demonstration project and further optimize product performance and stability. With the construction of the world's first 100-megawatt flexible (lightweight) perovskite solar cell production line, Dazheng Micron is expected to make greater breakthroughs in the large-scale production and market promotion of flexible perovskite solar cells, contributing more to the development of global renewable energy. It is believed that in the near future, flexible perovskite solar cells will be widely used in more fields, bringing more green and convenient energy solutions to life.
